About us
New South Pools is the outdoor-living company founded by Nathan Beavers. As Co-Owner and Director of Construction at Red Barn Custom Homes, an award-winning custom home builder in North Metro Atlanta, Nathan brings the same craftsmanship, premium materials, and transparent, client-focused process behind a custom home to pools and the spaces built around them.
For design, we work hand in hand with Dover Living, an Atlanta-based luxury pool and landscape design firm. Their design vision paired with our construction expertise means your backyard is both beautifully designed and built to last.
Nathan founded New South Pools to bring his custom-home building experience to outdoor living. As Co-Owner and Director of Construction at Red Barn Custom Homes, he has spent his career in high-end remodeling, new residential construction, and project management — on work ranging from restoring historic properties to building modern custom homes.
He's the kind of entrepreneur who thinks with a blueprint and leads with a compass — bringing the soul of a craftsman, the eye of a developer, and the steadiness of a mentor to everything he touches. For Nathan, it's not just about building; it's about building trust and legacy, with the conviction that great things happen when you build with intention and lead with character.
